Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant to the Executive Director serves as the receptionist of the organization, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to general inquiries, and using the Doubleknot system for memberships, class registrations, scheduling tours, and scheduling rentals of the Center’s facilities. Provides clerical support including managing mailings, maintaining membership database, ordering supplies, assisting with meeting preparation, opening and distributing mail, and other related tasks as assigned. Director of Development
VVAC seeks a Director of Development who will report to the ED. The Director of Development is responsible for planning, directing and implementing a comprehensive Development program and developing talented team members focused on the goal of significantly increasing donor engagement and fundraising outcomes. VVAC seeks a seasoned professional to work with the ED and the Board of Directors to drive new revenue, maintain and elevate donors, and expand Development capabilities. Click
