This tour is currently suspended due to the closing of the Yavapai-Apache Nation Cultural Center during the pandemic. A custom tour of only the Castle and Well can be arranged on request.
Rates
Adults (Ages 18+): $95
Children (Ages 10-17): $85
Children under 10 are free with at least two adults
Members receive a 15% discount on all tickets.
Please note: We require a minimum booking of 2 people for this tour
Duration
This tour is only available Monday thru Friday when the Yavapai-Apache Nation Visitor Center is open.

Where Will We Go?
First: Yavapai-Apache Nation - Monumental sculpture to "The Exodus"
Second: Montezuma Castle National Monument- Visiting well-preserved Ancestral Puebloan cliff dwellings used by Sinagua in 1100 -1400's
Third: Montezuma Well - "Well" is a natural limestone sinkhole that contains Sinagua dwellings used in 8th century.

Meet and depart at 8:30 am from the Verde Valley Archaeology Center, 385 S. Main St., Camp Verde, AZ 86322. Transportation can be provided to and from your hotel for groups of at least four.

If you have fewer than 4 people on a tour and would like to discuss pickup, please call the office 567-0066.
What to Bring Recommendations

We encourage participants to bring snacks (trail mix or fruit) & a box lunch.

We provide bottled water.

Sun protection including hats and sunscreen year round.

Hiking poles are available for your use.
We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone with inappropriate footwear that we deem to be a safety issue.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
All participants in a Field Institute tour will be required to sign an assumption of the risk and waiver of liability agreement prior to participating in the tour.
