The Village of Teotitlan del Valle is located about 30km east of Oaxaca City. This rug is made of will, with a cotton warp. Colors are from natural materials for dying the wool and include marigolds for yellow and oraange, lichen for greens, pecan shells for brown and mesquite for black.
